CALL TO 28TH STATE SENATE DISTRICT CAUCUS

Immediately following the LP of West Michigan convention to select state convention delegates, we will convene a caucus of members from the 28^th State Senate District located in Kent County.  The caucus is to select the Libertarian Party nominee for the open 28^th State Senate District seat to be elected at the November 2021 special election.  To check to see if you are in this district and can vote in this caucus, go to the Voter Information website, complete the voter information form, click, and then scroll down the page to find your voter district information.

If you live in the 28th District and would like to run for the open State Senate seat, come prepared to speak to the caucus members about why they should choose you as their nominee.  We will answer questions about running for office, and provide the necessary paperwork and notary to complete that paperwork, which must be filed on Monday, June 7, at the Kent County Clerk’s office.
